Urban Tango Trio
Formed by Violinist Machiko Ozawa, Urban Tango Trio is made up of three talented virtuoso musicians: Machiko Ozawa, former concert master of Orquesta Sinfonica Sinaloa de Las Artes, on violin; Latin-Grammy winner Octavio Brunetti on piano; and acclaimed composer/arranger Pedro Giraudo on bass. Together they capture the passion and excitement of Argentine tango in a repertoire ranging from traditional favorites, to contemporary interpretations.
They have dazzled audiences in New York, Washington DC, South Carolina, Virginia, and Japan. Their first album “Urban Tango Trio” was released by PLATONIC RECORD in Japan in 2011.
